Q: How do I pay for my order?
Currently we are using Paypal only for payments. The reason for this is that Paypal is an independent 3rd party that you can pay via an existing Paypal account, or via your credit card. The credit card payment is a bit difficult to find, but the link is shown below.
We never see your credit card information but are told that you have paid. That way you know that your personal information is safe with one of the largest providers in the world (if not the largest).
Q: Is my online order secure?
We have employed a system to maximise the security of your personal information and your payment details. As soon as you go into the checkout you are transferred to encrypted SSL connection (the address bar will show "https://"... and you will see a lock icon in your browser. If you check the certificates you will see that it refers to "brenclosures.worldsecuresystems.com or *.worldsecuresystems.com. This is our provider for this site. At this stage only your contact information is passed on.
The second stage of the process is payment, which is by PayPal. They are probably the leading provider of payment services in the world with all the security that this implies. You can pay Paypal via your Paypal account or by credit card (as shown above). At no time is your credit card information transfered to either B&R or Worldsecuresystems. We are told only that you have paid.
Q: How much will it cost me for delivery of my order?
Delivery charge is calculated in the checkout process and is added to the bill. You need to select a delivery method from a dropdown list, then add in your postcode and confirm it is okay. The following video shows this as the process is a bit cluncky!
Q: How long will my order take to be delivered?
We will contact you with the estimated delivery date shortly after the order has been received. Essentially this should be in a day or so as items will be in stock and shipped from our Brisbane warehouse.
